Interior Plumbing
After all of the is furniture built, the completed shell assembly is moved to the final assembly line where the plumbing, carpet, furniture assemblies, and appliances are installed. The interior plumbing is roughed out and the furnace ductwork is laid in place.
Bathroom Installation
This trailer has just had it's floor cleaned and carpet and padding installed. The lavatory cabinet, one-piece fiberglass shower stall, and toilet assemblies are usually the first to go into a trailer. All of our bathrooms feature ample storage capacity, Corian® countertops, Moen faucets, quality fixtures, and a hard surface floor that is easy to keep clean and maintain
Bedroom Installation
After the bath area is complete the bedroom furniture is installed. Airstreams are your home away from home, so we know how important a good night sleep is. That's why we only use comfortable innerspring mattresses or high-density foam for our twin and queen-size beds. The bedrooms are also outfitted with a variety of features that add comfort and flexibility to the space. For example, check out this large wardrobe space, that television cabinet, and the sound system. There's even a phone hook-up. Some of our customers use their Airstream as guest quarters for their out-of-town visitors. How's that for luxury accommodations?
Kitchen Completed
Airstream installs a complete kitchen, carefully designed for convenience and maximum efficiency. Residential grade appliances, comfortable dinettes, pantries to conveniently store food items, storage for pots and pans, Corianý countertops, Moený One-Touch faucets with built-in water purifiers, and stainless-steel sinks are all installed as the unit moves towards completion. When you're traveling in one of these babies, you'll be sure to meet lots of new friends. Our state-of-the-art kitchens give you the opportunity to entertain and cook for your friends in a comfortable and pleasant environment. 
Final Touches
We're getting near the end of the tour folks. Over here Rex and Jodi are installing the lounges, chairs, dinette cushions, curtains, and window shades. The front lounge of this trailer converts instantly into an extra bed and includes a deep storage drawer underneath. Other models have a slide out section with an overhead TV, a fireplace, or a computer table set up.
