Ever wondered how the Airstream aluminum shell is made? Or how we wire in touch controls? Expect an up-close look while you’re here. You can take a one-hour tour of our travel trailer or touring coach factory –– or both –– while hundreds of craftspeople create right in front of you. And you can tour our on-site museum, full of prized vintage Airstreams and historical exhibits. Our headquarters is designed to be fully wheelchair accessible. Let us know if you need additional accommodations.
The Mothership Awaits
Since 1952, our headquarters in Jackson Center, Ohio, has served as the central place where Airstreams are ideated, created, and revered. It’s our mothership, and we’d love to host you here.

What to expect during your visit

Where to stay
If you plan to stay in a hotel, we recommend Sidney, Ohio if you’re coming from south of Airstream or Wapakoneta if you’re coming from north of Airstream. Each city has a variety of hotels and restaurants located right off the interstate for easy access.

Getting There
We’re located about 55 miles North of Dayton, Ohio. From I-75, take exit 102 and head east for about 5.7 miles. You can’t miss the Airstream headquarters on the right (south side of the road). Park in the visitor lot and enter via the main entrance. Check in with reception before your tour, or head straight into the Heritage Center for a self-guided museum experience.
