My dream was to some day have an Airstream to travel with my husband in our retirement years. We just celebrated our 20th anniversary this past October. We were planning a camping trip with our pop-up. I came home from work and the truck and pop- up were all hooked up and ready to go. As we were traveling down the Nj Parkway headed to our campground my husband said we had to make a stop at our camper store to pick something up. Instead of pulling into the our regular camp store (which happens to be right next to the Airstream dealer) he pulled into Colonial Airstream, handed me an anniversary card and told me we were trading in the pop-up for our Airstream. Needless to say I started crying with the ugly face and all! Best anniversary present ever!! This photo is a picture I took traveling down the parkway right after we signed the paperwork... Our brand new "Silver Twinkie" in tow.
