Nevada’s annual Burning Man festival is more than just a festival, it’s a cultural phenomenon. With variations of the event having been around for decades, Burning Man has a long history of promoting values such as radical inclusion, self-reliance, civic responsibility and a goal to “leave no trace.” Creating a city of tens of thousands in the middle of Black Rock Desert, the Burning Man community is committed to leaving as small an environmental impact as possible. It’s one of those things you can’t quite understand until you’ve experienced it for yourself, but one thing’s for sure, it’s a week people look forward to all year.
Pretty easy to see how all this might spark the interest of our Airstream community, huh? It definitely does, so we’ve interviewed full-time Airstreamer and frequent Burning Man attendee, Ramona Creel, for more information on the fun.
