Captured this special moment on the Bruce Peninsula in Ontario,Canada in August 2013. My 97 year old Dad (Gordon Pickell) is reminiscing about his 39 years as an owner of 4 Airstreams (1966, 1972, 1984, 1987). He owned this 25' 1987 Airstream Sovereign up until 2005, then passed it on to me to ensure that his children and grandchildren would also be able to experience the Live Riveted lifestyle. During Dad's years as an Airstream owner, he towed his 'silver bullets' from the Atlantic to the Pacific in both Canada and the USA, as well as down to the Gulf of Mexico. Since passing the Airstream on to family, he enjoys visiting his former trailer as a way of re-living his nearly 40 years as an Airstream owner.
