Dear Airstream Owner,

We are aware that some owners have experienced issues with their E1 Volta Power Systems. Let me start by apologizing for any distress or inconvenience that this has caused and hope that we can regain your confidence.
In that spirit, we’re pleased to share an important update regarding the E1 Volta Power Systems in Interstate and Atlas touring coach models.
Effective immediately, after completion of an important service update the E1 Volta Power System warranty is being extended from 3 years to 5 years. This warranty extension is from the original owner's purchase date and is transferable to new/secondary owners in the case that the unit has been resold.
This service update was communicated to Airstream dealers via Technical Service Bulletin (TSB #200) on July 17, 2024. A few important details:
- If TSB #200 has already been completed on your unit, your Volta Power System warranty will be automatically extended and no further action is needed.
- If you’re unsure whether TSB #200 has been completed on your unit, please contact Airstream Customer Service at (877) 596-6505 or [email protected].
- If TSB #200 has not been completed, schedule an appointment with your authorized Airstream dealer. The TSB typically takes 2–3 weeks to complete.
We’re committed to making this process as seamless as possible, and your dealer will have all the information needed to assist you.
We are confident that this update will prevent and resolve many of the issues that some owners may have experienced, and the warranty extension is a demonstration of our confidence in this fix.

What’s Happening?
Airstream has determined that certain 2023-2026 model year Interstate and Atlas touring coaches may experience a fault where the Volta Power System fails to resume charging, risking a full battery discharge.
To address this, a multi-step update is being performed, including rewiring, software and firmware updates, and hardware improvements to ensure your system charges properly and reliably.
What Should You Do?
- If you have already completed this update (called Technical Service Bulletin #200), your warranty has been extended — no further action is needed.
- If you’re unsure, please contact Airstream Customer Service at (877) 596-6505 or [email protected] to verify.
- If the update has not been completed, schedule an appointment with your authorized Airstream dealer. The update usually takes 2–3 weeks once your coach is dropped off.
