A few years ago, we got the opportunity to kick of the Endless Caravan campaign with Airstream. It was a dream come true! In three months, we visited 1 states, drove over 16,000 miles, camped in over 40 locations, and stopped at more than 35 National Park units. Needless to say, it was truly an adventure.

Favorite State
As first time RVers, we were a bit over eager to explore and did A LOT of miles in the Airstream. We covered 19 states in the 3 month period, but definitely had our favorites. Our favorite state was a tie between Utah and Arizona. We spent a lot of time on the border of the two states and loved everything about it. The beautiful red rock, sprawling landscapes, National Parks, and spectacular hikes constantly kept us on our toes. We stopped often to take photos, and couldn’t help but pull over every few miles because of how beautiful it was.
Favorite New National Park Visited
One of our goals during the trip was to visit as many National Park Units as possible. Did you know that there are over 400? Our favorite one was definitely Glacier National Park (https://localadventurer.com/things-to-do-in-glacier-national-park-montana/). We enjoyed driving along the iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road and loved every moment of our hike to the brilliant blue glacier lakes.
Favorite Memory
The most memorable moment of our trip was winning the Wave Lottery. The Wave had been on both our bucket lists ever since we met. During the Endless Caravan, we took the opportunity to stay in Kanab and try our luck at the in-person lottery. On the second day, we heard our number called! We spent the next day exploring the amazing rock formations and taking it all in. Favorite Hike
We did a ton of hiking during our trip, but one of the most memorable ones was Havasupai. If you ever get the opportunity to do this hike, you absolutely should. There waterfalls are spectacular and worth the effort it takes to get there.
