Oh, sweet, sweet summertime. We love the few months of out of the year where the sun is out, weather is warm, and the Live Riveted adventures are endless. Summer is a time to take a step back from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and get out there and explore! Spending time with family and friends, making memories and seeing new places are all vital components of a successful summer.
We love that Airstreamers get out and see this beautiful country of ours even more during the summer months, so we decided to make a monthly challenge out of it! We asked Airstream fans to share a picture of their “Favorite Summer Memory” and had an incredible response. It was awesome to get a glimpse of all the fun things people did this summer!
The season may be over, but here’s a look at some of our Live Riveted adventurers favorite moments:
James McBroom: “Mount Shasta from our RV. Never get tired of seeing the view of the mountain.”
Tara Fink: “Enjoying the lake at Lynchburg Thousand Trails in Gladys, Virginia.”
Steven Koeller: “Grand Lake, Colorado and the Colorado River”
Nicole Wilson: “We take our travel trailer to my Dad's each summer for a week. I love that we get to spend that time with him. If it weren't for my RV, this wouldn't happen. This is a picture of him greeting two of our granddaughters on the day of our big picnic. We really have a great, multi-generational week of camping and enjoying nature.”
Teri Bloom: “My favorite memory of this summer is while visiting my daughter in Florida, we got up early to go to the beach and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. Though she has lived there for 8 years, this was the first time she had watched the sunrise over the ocean. It was nice to share this time with her.”
